Stripped of race livery and sponsor decals, the 250 GTO's Bizzarrini-influenced shape stands entirely on its own, and this London Show red example lets that shape carry the entire piece rather than sharing attention with a car number.

CMC's Metal Construction Without Racing Distraction

This casting shares CMC's usual multi-part metal build, assembled from a large number of individually fitted components, but here that construction serves the road car's clean surfacing rather than a livery's graphic detail. Both doors and the bonnet open, revealing the cabin trim and engine bay behind the long, low bonnet that defines the GTO's silhouette, and without race numbers to draw the eye, the shut lines and panel fit take on more visual weight than they do on a numbered racer. In plain red, every curve of Scaglietti's coachwork is left to speak for itself.

A New Model for a Different Kind of GTO Display

This is a new model, factory-fresh in its box, with no condition history to account for. Only 36 250 GTOs were built, most campaigned in period, so a show-liveried, unraced presentation like this one gives a collector a genuinely different angle on the same legendary chassis type: the car as Ferrari itself would have wanted it seen at a motor show stand, rather than crossing a finish line.
