The C107 SLC stretched the SL roadster's platform into a proper four-seat coupe, giving Mercedes a grand tourer with genuine motorsport pedigree from its rally-winning years. KK-Scale's diecast preserves that clean, understated shape faithfully.

Diecast Build and the Sealed Body of the 500 SLC

The zinc-alloy body gives this SLC genuine heft, appropriate for a car whose long bonnet and stretched roofline demanded a substantial-feeling platform in the metal too. With the panels fixed, the model's entire presentation rests on its exterior: the long, unbroken waistline, the SLC's distinctive rear quarter windows, and the crisp shutlines around the boot and doors, all held tighter than a hinged construction could easily achieve.
