Our trade accounts are built for proper model shops: independent collector shops, online retailers and scale-model specialists, from one-person set-ups to multi-brand stores with their own stockrooms. Models118 supplies the trade worldwide, and we expect our partners to know the difference between a Minichamps 1:18 resin edition and a Norev budget cast. We stock the models collectors actually ask for, not whatever happens to be trending this month.
We do not dropship. Every order is despatched from our own warehouse in Częstochowa, Poland, so we can consolidate mixed shipments, hold stock for reorders and answer availability questions the same day. If you run a shop that lives or dies on accurate ETAs and boxed condition on arrival, we are built for you.

Beyond the new releases, we run a proper secondary-market operation: the pieces manufacturers have stopped producing, the ones that only turn up through specialist channels. Trade accounts get first-pass on pre-order allocations, limited runs negotiated straight with distributors, and a used catalogue most wholesalers cannot get near.

Every order leaves Częstochowa on an insured express service, tracked live from our warehouse to your door. We despatch through UPS, FedEx and DHL, with the carrier and route confirmed upfront in your despatch note. Protective packing comes as standard: custom 5-layer cartons built specifically for scale models, foam packing inside that holds each piece in place, and reinforced outer boxes whenever an order travels on a pallet. Full-value insurance sits on every label we issue.

How fast do you reply to enquiries?

How do you handle damaged or missing items?
Photograph the damage on arrival and email your account manager with the order reference. We send a replacement with your next outgoing pallet: no claim forms, no paperwork ping-pong. Missing items follow the same route.
