The 934 marked Porsche's move into turbocharged GT racing, and this 1976 Le Mans entry captures the model right at the start of that era-defining programme.

A Sealed Body Suited to Wide-Arch GT Styling

With no opening panels, the model's entire case rests on the outside of the shell, and the 934's dramatically flared wheel arches over the standard 911 shape are cast with sharp, consistent edges rather than the softened lines a lesser die would produce. The period livery is applied with clean, well-registered graphics across the doors and bonnet, and the prominent rear spoiler, added to manage the turbocharged car's increased downforce needs, is proportioned faithfully. Shutlines run tight throughout, and the fat racing tyres and wide wheels fill the flared arches convincingly.

The 934's Role in Porsche's Turbo Racing History

Introduced in the mid-1970s, the 934 brought Porsche's growing turbocharging expertise into Group 4 GT competition, built on the standard 911 shell but heavily reworked with wider bodywork and a genuinely potent turbocharged flat-six.
